      -Many things affects your mental health. Getting to know yourself helps your emotional health. Becoming aware of your value and beliefs can also help your well being. You can do many things to help keep yourself mentally and emotionally healthy.
MANAGING STRESS AND ANXIENTY.
      Stress is not bad. In fact it help you to do certain things. To much stress harm your health.
CAUSE OF STRESS
-Threats; A situation that puts a person's well-being in danger.
-Self-esteem; is how people feels abaut himself or herself. Criticize  you.
-Hassles; small, annoying envent or problem.
PHYSICAL SIGNS SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE STRESS.
-Heart beats increse
-Breath speed
-Muscles get tight
-Cry
-Headache
-Stomach pain (adomineache)
-Nervous
-Not able to sleep well
      EFFECTS
-Fight or flight (flee or run away)
-Feel exhausted
-Tiredness
-Loss energy
-Illness (ulcers BP (blood presure)
SOLUTIONS FOR BOTH STRESS AND ANXIENTY.
-Hold your breath , take a cup of water and calm.
-Try to think about solution of your problem ( in condusive enviroment )
-Prepare yourself for it. ( Accept the situation you have and strart to act)
-Don't do anything untill you calm ( you may cause more trouble and mistakes by take actions without think twice.)
