~ Nyoa baadhi nyele zilizogandana na jasho ( pubic hairs ) Mf. Nyele za makwapani, n.k
~ Osha nyele zako vizuri no matter the style.
~ Wear clean clothes ni vizuri kuzipasi.
~ Na mwisho osha shoes zako inapoitajika, usafi wa soksi ni kitu muhimu.
Tunapaswa kujua kuwa kila mtu ana smell yake ila inapozidi kwa ukali uhudhi endapo utafanya all bila results chanya, basi muone dokta. Kwani wakati mwingine husabiswa na bactearia.

     Most of us don't drink enough water.  Someone could spend almost an entire day and not drank one glass of water.  Between morning coffee and soda or tea with lunch and dinner, drinking water is just hard. Drinking more water is good for skin.
